BS Prasad’s self-directed film ‘Raa Raja’. This film, set in a horror backdrop, has hit the screens today. Let’s see if this film has impressed the audience.. or not in our movie review..
There have been many horror films in the history of world cinema, including Telugu. But director BS Prasad has made this film completely different from the current films, with the movie ‘Raa Raja’. In a way, without showing the faces of the characters.. the entire film has never been made. Let’s see in our movie review whether this film, which was released today, has impressed the audience or not..
As for the story..
Raja (Suji Vijay) and Rani (Mounika Helen) get married in love, defying their families. While everything is going well, Raja meets his family members after a long time. Then he attacks his wife. Why did Raja attack his wife? Did his family members ask him to attack her? Or is there some other motive? If you want to know, you should watch this movie.
As for the story and technical aspects..
For the last few years, horror films have been increasingly being released in Telugu. The audience appreciates films with good content. In this category, the effort made by director BS Prasad in this film without showing the faces of the characters is commendable. No one in the Indian film industry has made such an effort. The director has to say hats off to him. Moreover, the director seems to be completely clear about how the audience will receive what he wants to say on screen. The background score is the lifeblood of such films. In this regard, music director Shekhar Chandra impressed with his sounding where it was supposed to scare. In some places, he even scared the audience with the BGM. He made the film stand up to the director’s vision with his background score.
Even though he is a new director, he handled such a film very well as a very experienced director. If you look at some scenes, it reminds you of RGV horror films. Not only is he a director but also a producer, but this film has good production values and quality without spending too much. It is remarkable that no film has come out with such a concept in our country so far. Rahul Srivastav’s camera work is good. Maruthi’s editing seems to know very well how many scenes to put in each place.
As for the actors..
Suji Vijay impressed with his acting throughout the movie. He impressed with his acting no matter what kind of expressions he gave. It should be said that it is a settled performance. Mounika Helen’s acting is impressive. The rest of the actors impressed to the best of their ability.
Punch line.. Raa Raja.. Different horror thriller
