Let’s see in our movie review how much this movie, which released today, impressed the audience. In the Telugu film industry, we have to look for all the Telugu girls with a magnifying glass. Recently, Srileela is the only one who has been ruling the Telugu screen. But after that, there are no big entertainers in Tollywood. Recently, a Telugu girl named Pudu Sumaya Reddy came to the audience with the movie ‘Dear Uma’. Moreover, after making her entry as a heroine, she became a writer and producer and produced this movie after enduring many hardships. Did Sumaya Reddy’s efforts with the movie ‘Dear Uma’ released today bear fruit.. or not? Let’s see in our movie review..

As for the story..

Uma (Sumaya Reddy) dreams of becoming a doctor who can save lives. For that, she comes to the city from the village to study. There she joins AYUSH Medical College. On the other hand, Dev (Prithvi Amber) tries his best to become a rock star. In this process, he falls in love with a girl and fails. Due to this, he becomes addicted to drinking. Due to this, his father throws him out of the house. However, in an unexpected incident, Dev suffers a major heart attack while trying to save a girl. After that, he is joined in the AYUSH hospital where Uma works. After being discharged from the hospital, he works somewhere. At the same time, Dev is introduced to Uma. After traveling with Uma, Dev comes to know a terrible truth. What is the truth? In this process, Uma is in serious danger? With this, what does Dev do for Uma is the story of ‘Dear Uma’.

As for the story and technical aspects..
The story of the movie ‘Dear Uma’ is written in the backdrop of the injustices happening in the medical field. Especially during the Corona period, how hospitals behaved commercially. Especially the lines of movies like Tagore, Trinetrudu, Criminal come to mind. The way Sumaya Reddy wrote this story by taking inspiration from the movies that came out in the past is good. Especially in our society, we consider doctors as gods, like Vaidyo Narayana Hari. We give them respect that is not given to anyone in the society. Some of them are bringing a stigma to the medical profession due to their work. Sunayana Reddy wrote the story for the movie Dear based on that. Director Sai Rajesh presented it so well on the screen. Radhan’s music was a big asset for this movie. Raj Thota’s camera work is good. The production values are good. Moreover, a good message was given in this movie at the end. It is a must see on the screen. It has made doctors’ eyes open.

As for the actors..

Sumay Reddy’s debut film as Uma was well received. She has a bright future as a producer, writer and actress. Prithvi Amber Dev was well received in his action and emotional scenes. Kamal Kamaraj’s acting was good. Ajay Ghosh’s acting was good. The rest of the actors have excelled to the best of their ability.

Punch line.. ‘Dear Uma’ is a weapon aimed at the medical field..
