Tamil hero Vikram, Parvathy Thiruvothu and Malavika Mohanan. The film stars many prominent actors. ‘Tangalan ‘was made as a periodic action with the story of how the Kolar gold mines were discovered 200 years ago. The film is directed by Pa. Ranjith and produced by Studio Green Films.

The story takes place in the year 1850 when the British were ruling us intermittently. Thangalaan (Vikram) and his wife (Parvathi) live in a small farming village on the border of Andhra and Karnataka. The village head takes all his land to pay tax and makes Tangalaan a labourer of his land. At the same time, there is gold some distance away from the village and the British want to find it. In the past, many people have died in search of that gold

Aarti, a tribal queen, protects the land where the gold is. Tangalaan’s grandfathers also went in search of that gold and died. The British come to Tangalaan and take some people to work in search of gold. At first, everyone who goes there is afraid of dying, but Tangalaan convinces everyone that life will be better if gold comes. Some go in search of gold, some go to Tangalaan, and some go to the British. What problems do they face? Who’s protecting the gold? What is the father’s story? Did Tangalaan and the British finally find gold? To know what the British did for gold, you have to watch it on screen

analysis of the film. Tangalaan is not only a completely periodic action but also a raw and rustic film. If you see the film, it is a pure Tamil film. Though the film is being loved by the Tamil audience, it is difficult to connect with the Telugu audience. It tells the story of how the present-day Kolar gold mines were originally discovered 200 years ago, with action sequences between the gold guards and those who come in search of gold.

In the first half, the Tangalaan family, Uru, his troubles, going in search of gold with the British, and the difficulties are a bit slow narration. A single film will mark the coming of age of scenes from the time they set out for gold. In the second half, the story of the gold guards, the difficulties they had to go through…

Technical issues Cinematography visuals are good. The location was perfect for the time. The songs are okay but the background music is not. Director Pa Ranjith has taken a new story with an old story. The production cost of the film is said to be quite high. The costumes have also been designed to make the period backdrop look perfect.

On the whole, Tanglan is an action-adventure drama where the British want to find a place where there is gold
