Sai Dharam Tej today turned a year older. Marking his birthday on October 15th, the Supreme Hero made a large-hearted gesture by making donations for the well-being of those who fight for our safety and security.
The actor has donated to the Indian Army a sum of Rs 10 lakh. And, he has donated Rs 5 lakh each to the Telangana Police Academy and the Andhra Pradesh Police Academy. In all, he donated Rs 20 lakh.
The versatile actor, known for well-meaning films like ‘Republic’, respects soldiers a great deal. He recently played a soldier in a short film named ‘The Soul Of Satya’.
Last year, Sai Tej sponsored the construction of a pakka house for a destitute old woman.
The actor will be doing ‘Gaanja Shankar’ next. The ‘First High’ from this mass action entertainer was released today. The film is directed by Sampath Nandi.
