Nearly nine years after the psychological thriller Maaya, director Neelakanta Reddy is awaiting the theatrical release of his new Telugu film Circle. The film starring Sai Ronak, Baba Bhaskar, Arshin Mehta and Richa Panai will be releasing on July 7th. The film bankrolled by MV Sarath Chandra, T Sumalatha Annit Reddy and Venubabu Addagada under Aura Productions.
Today the director interacted with media about the film and his upcoming projects. The director terms Circle is an emotional thriller. He said, “I like the stories in my films to have a focal point. In Circle, we deal with the play of fate and it is my interpretation of the circle of life, death and faith.
He added, “The film will have three heroines who are individually strong with powerful brains. The antagonist Baba Bhaskar is a surprise for audience. The film will contain dark humour, which Baba will deliver in his trademark style. This is going to be his best performance.”
The thriller will hit screens worldwide on July 7, while the trailer grabbed several eyeballs already, the songs are a hit with netizens. We have to wait and see what National Award winning director has in store for us.
