After a revolution for seperate state for decades, Telangana is formed as a seperate state on 2nd June, 2014. Telangana is a land of rich culture and heritage. It has a rich history of Satavahanas, has many proofs that this region played crucial part during Ramayana – Mahabharatha period and Kalatiyas glorious rule. The first Telugu Poet Bammera Pothana, First Female Warrior Ruler in South India, Rudrama Devi, First Telugu Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao belongs to Telangana. Many selfless souls have fought for seperate Telangana putting their lives on line. To celebrate some of their lives and remember their sacrifices, a web series titled ‘Telangana Thyagadhanulu’ is launched on June 4th, Sunday. Theme song for the web series is also launched at Prasad Labs in an event. FDC Chairman Kurmachalam, Director Relangi Narasimha Rao, Actress Roja Ramani, Producer Raj Kandukuri, Vakula Bharanam Krishna Mohan, Thummalapalli Rama Satyanarayana graced the event.
‘Telangana Tyagadhanulu’ web series is being bankrolled by Vision VVK Films as their Production No 1. This periodical web series launched amidst popular celebrities in a grand manner. Nagabala Suresh Kumar is directing this web series while popular industrialist, Sri Vision VVK Housing India PVT Ltd Chairman V. Vijay Kumar is bank-rolling on a huge budget. Theme song of webseries, ” Vandanam Vandanam Telangana Tyagadhanulaku Ide Vandanam”, song was launched by Senior Actress Roja Ramani. The clap board is handed over to Producer V Vijay Kumar by FDC Chairman Kurmachalam and started the shoot.

Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan said, ” The title of this series is superb. In every nation’s history, to drive the society for betterment somewhere someone will born and rise out of struggle. To make a web series like this, one needs guts. Hatsoff to Nagabala Suresh garu and Vijay Kumar garu. To do this, it needs immeasurable love for their language and region more than money. Important events in the history needed to be told in their true form. I suggest making this ‘Telangana Tyagadhanulu’ series by doing extensive research to replicate the situations during those times. Lyricist Venigalla Rambabu said, ” To live and let live, we must not forget the history and should carry it forward. Then only we can live forever in the hearts of people. If Amara Gayakudu SP Balasubramanyam Garu is alive today, we will let the song be crooned by him only. Today is his birth anniversary, we dedicate this song to him.”
Producer V Vijay Kumar said, ” I have been doing real estate business for the last thirty years. I completed 40 ventures so far in Andhra and Telangana regions. Those who bought from me will continue in my journey and book wherever I start my new venture. I earned their confidence. I wanted to help the needy. So, on my last birthday, I donated free lands to 101 TV artists, technicians in the presence of Ramanachari garu and Talasani Srinivas Yadav garu. Nagabala Suresh garu came with the proposal of a web series. If I want to make business out of it, I could make it as a commercial film to make money. But, that film might not live long. Only a few subjects remain forever in history. ‘Telangana Tyagadhanulu’ is such a web series. I am making this web series not for profits but to give the audience a great experience. We will let you know about which OTT platform will stream this web series after the shoot of its first season.”

This should not be restricted to a particular region it must be known to the audience at national level. Producer Vijay Kumar garu deserves all accolades for coming forward to make a great series but not profits.
