Amma Rajasekhar directs this film which is being produced by Srinivas Goud on Deepa Arts banner. Choreographer and director Amma Rajasekhar is all set to launch her son Ragin Raj as a hero after a long time. The film releases tomorrow on February 14. The film stars Ajith Kumar, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar and Subbaraju in pivotal roles.
As for the story… When the son (Amma Rajan Raj) was young, his father (Rohit) left his mother. When he grew up, his mother was sick and he went in search of his father. But there, his father married another woman (Esther Noranha) and stayed with the family. With this, he joined the family as a panodi. However, when a problem arose in the family, the hero killed someone during the interval. What was the real problem with the family? Will the son take his father for his mother? How will the family know who he is? Why did his father leave his mother? To know his love story, you have to watch it on screen.
Movie Analysis.. As shown in the trailer, the movie is written as a story of a son who sacrifices his life for his mother in a generation that sacrifices his life for his daughter. The entire first half is spent introducing the characters of the hero, the hero’s mother, and the hero’s father’s family. The bang given at the interval is amazing. With that, it is interesting to see what range the actions will be in the second half. Amma Rajasekhar’s films have a style. They have a mass style with action, dialogues, and a love story. After many years, Amma Rajasekhar has come back with such a mass film with her son Ragin Raj as the hero. Amma Rajasekhar’s style is visible in many scenes. Especially if you look at the dance, it is easy to understand that this is a masterful work by Amma Rajasekhar. Amma has written the emotions well. Although the first half is a bit laggy, the second half is full of action. The violence in the film is a bit high. Amma Rajasekhar has worked hard to give a good comeback while introducing her son as the hero
Actors’ performance.. Amma Rajasekhar’s son Amma Ragin Raj worked hard even though it was his first film as a hero. He impressed a lot in action scenes and dances. It can be said that a new boy, and that too an 18-year-old boy, is great at doing this range of action sequences. Ragin Raj would have become a good actor if he worked harder. The heroine Ankita seemed to be okay. Rohit in the role of the father, Esther Noronha, who is always seen in glamorous roles, is comedy, emotion-filled, Viji Chandrasekhar in a negative role, Ajay, Satyam Rajesh, Mukku Avinash, Rajiv Kanakala, Indraja.. The rest of the actors impressed in their roles.
Technical aspects.. Star cameraman Shyam K Naidu’s cinematography and visuals are good. Especially in this movie, the action sequences are well designed. Although the background music is given well in elevations, it is dull in some scenes. The songs are written well with good lyrics. Amma Rajasekhar has written a good story with Amma sentiment and screenplay with full action sequences. The real locations in Uttar Pradesh are set very perfectly in the movie. It seems that a lot of money has been spent on this movie in terms of production.
Overall, the movie Thala is a mother sentiment action movie with the action of the son who goes to bring his father for his mother. This movie can watch one time
