The program is a capacity building platform in 12 key areas for women at the grassroots. It is a one year program and the rural women are trained in one module each for 12 Months.
The modules which range from menstrual health to waste management, have both theoretical and practical exercises and are developed by key industry experts. One mentor is hired and deployed in each village to teach these modules to rural women. The one year program starts with a orientation session and the women are certified as a leader at the end of the program. These women continue to act as a resource person for their community and positively impact the lives of other women.
